“Grief is in two parts. The first is loss. The second is the remaking of life.” -Anne Roiphe
Loss can be devastating, and the grief may leave you feeling alone, angry, guilty, and with a lot of unanswered questions. All of that is ok. My goal is to walk alongside you as you grieve your loss providing support and compassion along the way. I provide guidance to help people through this process in a gentle and empowering way. This is not just about grief, it’s about learning to love oneself, learning to take care of oneself and learning to empower oneself. This process is about honoring what is while being proactive and hopeful about what is to come.
You will experience a range of emotions. I help people bring awareness to their emotions, and use them to live their life to the fullest. I am not here to give you a quick fix or a timeline for your grief because I don’t believe in those things. I believe the grief process is a journey that is different for everyone. I believe that people can work through their grief by learning more about their feelings and about themselves. It may take time, but you can do it. I know you can. I will guide you every step of the way. Not only will you have someone who “gets it”, you will also receive guidance and action steps to help you live your life to the fullest. It will be tough, but it is possible. You can do it. I know you can.
